Roster Application Info and Log In
Applications may be completed electronically or by hard copy. We strongly encourage the electronic application submission. Contact the rosterassistant@ecr.gov to receive a hard copy version.

TO APPLY ONLINE
- Register your email address and password in the application system.
- Read the Roster Entry Criteria.
- Review the Instructions and the Glossary definitions completely and carefully. These can be viewed and printed upon logging in.
- Fill out the online application.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions and submit the application by clicking the button at the end of the application.
You will receive notification from the online system upon receipt of your application. After review of your application, the roster manager will notify you if there are questions and/or of the acceptance or decline of your application.
